Praetura Commercial Finance supports interior fitout company Prestige Walker Ltd with confidential invoice discounting to provide flexibility and headroom

The Challenge

Prestige Walker Ltd (t/a Prestige Interiors) specialises in interior fitout work, with customers typically being schools, universities and other private companies. Prestige have been transforming office & education spaces for over 25 years. Their incumbent lender’s terms were restrictive, which put undue pressure on cashflow.

 

The Solution

Steve Foster, Partner at Shipleys LLP, reached out to Jeff Greenfield (Sales Director) who, shortly afterwards, met with Prestige’s management team to discuss the issues and potential solutions. Praetura promptly agreed a more flexible and commercial CID facility, which provided additional headroom for the business and more flexibility.

 

The Transformation

Prestige works with multiple contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality and bespoke office fitouts for its clients. The new CID facility, which is now in place, enables Prestige to focus on delivering high-end results for its clients, with additional headroom to expand in the future when the time comes.
